What Is The Let's Talk About It Program?

A platform for men and women that provides practical tools and techniques for building a supportive network and community, helping participants overcome feelings of isolation and fostering connections that extend beyond the program. We host virtual sessions over 6 months coupled with in-person outings and end of cohort celebration.
